Beth Berghan has extensive experience in management and senior executive positions including Faculty Director TAFE Queensland. She worked in the public sector for over 20 years while concurrently owning and assisting with daily operations of 3 successful small businesses and has operated her own consultancy and coaching company, working nationally and internationally as a facilitator, coach, speaker, writer and in business and opportunity development since 2007. These experiences have provided Beth with a unique combined insight into the demands of an executive role and the challenges all small business operators face while developing her entrepreneurial and solutions focused approach.

Beth is a creative thinker and provocateur who uses powerful and thought-provoking questions to encourage others to explore things from a different perspective. Her strong sense of self is reflected in the courage she shows when working with clients, always challenging and empowering them to make changes to themselves which flow on to their teams and their organization.

Beth has Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science (majoring in Psychology). She holds Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Foundation, an Accredited Extended DISC Consultant, an Accredited Mental Health First Aider and a PQ [Positive Intelligence] Mental Fitness Coach. During 2022 Beth has become a Certified NLP Practitioner and a Certified Time Line Therapist.

In February 2019 Beth was recognised amongst the 101 Top Global Coaching Leaders by the 27th World Human Resource Development Congress, travelling to Mumbai to receive her award and to make a presentation to the Congress about Disruption and how to successfully implement this thinking into teams. In February 2020 she was awarded recognition amongst the 101 Most Fabulous Global Coaching Leaders by the 28th WHRD Congress.

Beth coaches individuals and teams, regularly facilitating workshops to influence transformation in team communication strategies and behaviours. Her approach to coaching is solutions focused allowing clients to examine the future and potential solutions rather than analysing past events and problems.
