As an emotional energy coach, I am deeply passionate about helping overwhelmed mums rediscover themselves and create a life they love while being the amazing mums they aspire to be. I understand the unique challenges that come with motherhood and the toll it can take on our sense of self and overall well-being. My mission is to guide mums in reclaiming their identity, harnessing their inner strength, and cultivating a balanced and fulfilling life.
My journey began when I became a mum at just 17, and then again at 21. With no real role model to guide me and no handbook on how to be a mum, I found myself mirroring what I knew, even though it wasn’t ideal. My own mother was not the role model I needed.
Married young, I faced expectations from my in-laws and husband to stay at home, but our financial situation pushed me to return to work just two days after each child was born. I became a robot, managing cleaning, cooking, and childcare, all while my husband was often absent. Over time, I became despondent and ultimately left the marriage, taking my children with me.
I moved to Canberra to live with my sister, her husband, and their young child. My children were 6 and 2, and it was an incredibly difficult time as I tried to find myself and build a new life. During this tumultuous period, I lost custody of my children to their father. It wasn’t until they were 12 and 8 that they came back to me. By then, I had learned so much more about motherhood and the importance of listening to both their needs and my own.
Despite these challenges, I eventually found the man of my dreams and learned to balance my life in a way that allowed me to be both a great mum, step-mum and a fulfilled individual. These experiences have given me a profound understanding of the struggles mums face and the resilience needed to overcome them.
With years of experience and a heart full of empathy, I offer a nurturing space for mums to explore their emotions, release energy blocks, and align their lives with their deepest desires and values. My coaching approach is holistic, addressing the emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of well-being, ensuring that each mum I work with feels supported and empowered.
