Hello! My name is Heather, and I help women conquer their goals and dreams by helping them achieve a balanced lifestyle. I have been a positive mindset coach for a little over a year. As a former ICU RN, I have specialized knowledge with how the body works, which allows me to serve clients who are looking to achieve weight loss and lifestyle goals, but who are looking to decrease the medications they are on through lifestyle changes. I am also certified in NLP and Timeline Therapy, which allows me the unique opportunity to help my clients not only break through their limiting beliefs/ego/inner critic, but to throw it to the curb!
