My name is János Bolbás, I live in Hungary with my wife and 2 wonderful children. I am an ADHD and performance mentor. For me, these two areas are very much connected, as high performance also requires the ability to hyperfocus, which is a true characteristic of a liberated mind with ADHD. I also live with attention deficit disorder and it has made life difficult for myself and my family for many years. After 20 years of continuous study and research, I have mastered the management of my mental and emotional state. After sorting out the deficits caused by attention deficit disorder in my own life, I also developed several new products and brands as a development engineer. Under covid, I launched a self-developed facemask. In the same year, also in my own development, I launched my other own brand as a design heater: gradicon. The following year, I develop another brand called hungerise, an outdoor pizza oven. A year later, the first prototype of the maxxhome houses is finished, also my own brand. I designed it entirely myself, but I also built it. 2 floors, 131 square meters, 6 rooms, 12 rooms, 2 baths and enough 5kW to heat it in winter.
I enjoy working with people with ADHD to free them up to live more fulfilling lives.
I also deal with addiction recovery mentoring.
