I started my coaching career to support women through grief and loss, and to guide through challenging life transitions that can lead to a loss of identity, intuition and the confusion of “where to next?”.
My passion for coaching became apparent when I was in my second year of studying to become a counsellor and realised coaching was the path I felt more comfortable in and passionate about. I decided to do a life coaching certificate though NZ Life Coaching and discovered I found my tribe!
I have personally been in challenging positions several times throughout my life, and particularly with the loss of my husband 5 years ago. My experiences have had led me to where I am today. I hope that my story and the passion I have for inspiring and guiding women, will help them to move forward in regaining their passion for a fulfilling life.
