After 15 years in demanding, high-stress corporate roles as a manager of well known restaurants, busy retail stores, he knows first-hand about stress and trying to balance career and parenting demands, along with personal needs and wellbeing. His personal life journey includes experiencing health and well-being impacts resulting from long-term stress leading to kidney fatigue, as well as a bout with COVID that nearly killed him that required multiple hospital stays and a long recovery. He has been working in the Customer Relations and Business Management space for over 15 years, with many more working with others using holistic nutrition & weight-loss to create a holistic approach to life. Using coaching, shamanism, reiki, NLP and hypnotherapy to work with clients on all aspects of their lives – body, mind and soul. Kevin helps create the tools for transformation at a holistic level.
