I am qualified and registered in the UK as a counsellor with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
Since September 2023 I have trained as a life coach and recently developed my own trauma recovery programme supporting people who never seem to get past difficult situations often repeating them. I help clients to break the cycle and find their voice and their strength to overcome trauma.
