Hi. My name is Neil Morgan, and I am a proud introvert. I help people live a balanced life, develop a growth mindset, and become someone who knows how to overcome opportunities that look like challenges. I help people bring out the best in their lives. This is the reason why I want to be successful. Well, after working in a job that took me away from my family and had me spending more time with co-workers than my daughter and family, something within me said, “This can’t continue forever”.
Actually, since joining a group a year ago, I find myself embracing who I am as an introvert, and I even started a coaching business, reminding other introverts that we have a gift.
