For more than 25 years, Sian has been fascinated by the human mind. She studied Human Development and Behaviour at University, is a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and a qualified Time Line Therapy Practitioner. Sian has an impressive background in leadership experience in business, sport and life.
Sian spent 10 years as a Constable in the New Zealand Police where she was at the ground level studying behaviour, different cultures, motivations and teams. This was followed by raising a family while owning agricultural businesses sharemilking 700 dairy cows and leading the farm teams. More recently Sian was contracted by Dairy Australia where she facilitated learning experiences for owners, managers and staff on dairy farms.
